Position Overview

Adventure Assistants play a key role in ensuring every liv1ce day trip runs smoothly. You’ll be the Adventure Lead/Driver, interact with guests, embody our brand values, and help maintain the elevated experience we’re known for.

This is a part-time, on-call, adventure-centric role — ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys being on the move, and thrives in a fun, upbeat environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

• Ensure every guest feels cared for, comfortable, and valued.

• Assist guests with boarding, seating, and mobility as needed.

• Offer bottled water, healthy snacks, and friendly conversation.

• Share fun facts, light commentary, or conversation starters (optional, but encouraged).

• Uphold liv1ce’s standard: the experience is always about the guest.

Trip Execution

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Mercedes Sprinter environment.

• Assist with time management, headcounts, and keeping the group together.

• Support with reservation confirmations and check-in logistics.

• Ensure smooth transitions at meal stops, attractions, and partner locations.

Safety & Professionalism

• Model calm, confident decision-making.

• Drive with a smooth and cautious approach following all laws and guidelines.

• Follow all safety, courtesy, and emergency procedures.

• Report any issues to Management immediately.

Brand Support

• Represent liv1ce with positivity and pride—our values should shine through you.

• Assist with behind-the-scenes photos (respectfully) for social media and marketing.

• Support a culture of kindness, curiosity, optimism, and elevated service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for helping others have a great time

• Friendly, patient, upbeat, and professional

• Comfortable assisting older adults

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move comfortably for the duration of an adventure

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a large van on the open road as well as city streets and tight parking lots

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (snack bins, water cases, etc.)

• Clean and neat appearance; liv1ce shirt/hat provided

• Availability for weekday or occasional weekend adventures

• Past hospitality, recreation, tourism, guiding, customer service, senior-care, or volunteer experience is a plus — but not required

• A genuine love for people is the #1 qualification

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Part-Time Entry Level Marketing Contractor to assist with email marketing, website enhancements, and print material design. This role is ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in digital and print marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing (Mailchimp): Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, create templates, segment audiences, and track engagement.

• Website Enhancement (Squarespace): Update and refine our existing website to improve user experience and showcase our adventures.

• Graphic & Print Design: Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters using Adobe Express or similar tools.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand and messaging.

• Performance Tracking: Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with Squarespace for website management and updates.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Freelance Social Media Adventure Content Creator to manage and elevate our social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

This person will be responsible for capturing photo/video content on select adventures, creating engaging short-form and long-form content, managing posts, and helping maintain a consistent, energetic brand voice that reflects the liv1ce spirit of fun and discovery.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content that showcases our adventures and community experiences.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Film and photograph select adventures (transportation provided).

• Edit reels, shorts, TikToks, and short-form videos that highlight the liv1ce vibe.

• Write captions that match the brand’s fun, warm, inclusive personality.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help strengthen community interaction.

• Suggest creative ideas, social campaigns, and storytelling angles that boost visibility.

• Keep an eye on trends and adapt content styles to remain fresh and relevant.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with liv1ce brand colors and style.

Who You Are

• A creative storyteller with a passion for social media and adventure.

• Skilled in photo/video shooting and editing (phone or camera).

• Fluent in short-form formats for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Familiar with managing and growing brand accounts across multiple platforms.

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.

• Able to occasionally join us on adventures to capture content.

• Comfortable communicating and working within a fast-growing startup environment.
