  • Position Overview:

    The Adventure Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of small group day trips for 55+ communities. This role involves assisting with logistics, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that each adventure runs smoothly and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in coordinating transportation, meals, and activities.

    • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests.

    • Ensure all participants are comfortable and informed throughout the trip

    • Handle any on-the-spot issues or emergencies with a calm and resourceful attitude.

    Requirements

    • First Aid and CPR training helpful

    • Any tourism certification or tourism background is preferred

    • Valid DL with clean MVR

    • Knowledge of Arizona with a passion for highlighting the beauty of the state to immerse clients in an unforgettable experience

    • Must be comfortable ans confident driving a 15 passenger van on city streets as well as the open highway

    liv1ce Adventure Planning specializes in providing inclusive and fun small-group day trips for 55+ independent living, active adult, and country club communities. Our adventures feature door-to-door transportation, great meals, and unique experiences across Southern Arizona. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a creative, tech-savvy marketing specialist to help us expand our reach!

    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking a Part-Time Entry Level Marketing Contractor to assist with email marketing, website enhancements, and print material design. This role is ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in digital and print marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Email Marketing (Mailchimp): Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, create templates, segment audiences, and track engagement.

    • Website Enhancement (Squarespace): Update and refine our existing website to improve user experience and showcase our adventures.

    • Graphic & Print Design: Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters using Adobe Express or similar tools.

    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand and messaging.

    • Performance Tracking: Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

    • Familiarity with Squarespace for website management and updates.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Express or other design tools (e.g., Canva).

    • Strong writing skills for email and web content.

    • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Preferred (but not required):

    • Experience in social media marketing.

    • Interest in travel, adventure, or working with the 55+ community.

    Compensation & Hours:

    • Contractor role: Flexible part-time (estimated 5-10 hours per week).

    • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

    • Remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Tucson.
